ASIAGO PDO IN LONDON

​In London, double appointment with Asiago PDO, interpreter of contemporary flavour of Italian cooking. This kicks off from 15th to 22nd June at Manitoba Tigella Kitchen, flagship of modern Italian cuisine, together with Gorgonzola PDO, Mozzarella di Bufala Campana PDO and Parmigiano Reggiano PDO, with a full week of tastings dedicated to discovery of the endless variations of the incomparable quality of Italian PDO cheeses. The second appointment will take place 29th June to 9th July, with a journey through the flavours and aromas of the Asiago Plateau, land of origin of Asiago PDO, in collaboration with the Poli 1898 distillery.
