SAN SEBASTIAN Gastronomika: few days to the international date!
Monday October the 8th will open the 14th edition of San Sebastian Gastronomika.
Asiago PDO cheese participates as partner to the initiative, along with Mozzarella di Bufala Campana, Parmigiano-Reggiano and Pecorino Sardo.
During the congress, one of the most important in Spain, we recommend the appointment of Tuesday the 9th October at 10.30 am in Room 10, all dedicated to the flavor of Asiago PDO cheese and other great Italian cheeses.
Angela Barusi, our ambassador of taste in Spain, will take us on a fascinating journey to discover these Italian cheeses, their characteristics and their nutritional values.
At the same time the maître fromager Felipe Serrano Poncelet Cheese Bar in Madrid will tell us about their sensorial features through a charming tasting, full of useful tips for everyday use in the kitchen.
