The Consortium of Asiago cheese is back in France, on the 23th and 24th of March, for the Grand Marché, scheduled at the Parc Ainterexpo of Bourg-en-Bresse, near Lyon. Unique French exhibition dedicated to PDO and PGI products, this year, with Italy as the Guest of Honour Country, Grand Marché is the privileged meeting place for chefs, food stars and foodies. Set up as a real market, the fair will be led by events and culinary demonstrations of Fromages d'Italie, the project for the promotion of Consortium DOP Asiago, Gorgonzola, Mozzarella di Bufala Campana and Parmigiano Reggiano. And for those who like challenges, the unusual space cooking contest 'As des AOC - AOP - PGI' team of 3 people: a cook, a foodie and a member of the public to work in the preparation of two dishes made with some selected products among those present at the show.
