Asiago DOP, dairy ambassador of Made in Italy, is the protagonist of the Italian Cooking Week in the world, an initiative dedicated to the promotion of Italian quality food abroad. For the occasion, a series of meetings have been scheduled in the USA and Australia. The events begin on November 20 in New York, with the association "I love Italian Food", at the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) and in collaboration with AICNY, the leading association of Italian restaurateurs in North America. Here Asiago DOP will meet the most important professionals of the Food Service sector. In Australia, Asiago PDO Cheese will have a place of honour in the various events promoted by the Italian Embassy in Canberra focusing on the different aspects related to the cuisine, culture and culinary tradition of the individual Italian territories.
