Asiago PDO will be the protagonist of the "Uncommon Flavor of Europe" tour in US and Canada. For eight weeks starting January 13th, 2020, Eataly NYC will share with the world why Asiago PDO, Speck Alto Adige PGI, and Pecorino Romano PDO are the undisputed “Uncommon Flavors of Europe” through featured displays, tastings, special events and menus throughout the epicurean mecca’s Flatiron location.
The promotional period kicks off with special restaurant menus January 13th, followed by dedicated retail displays, staff trainings and a consumer class, which is open to the public, on January 17, 2020 6:30-8:00 PM.
Asiago PDO will also be protagonist of a seminar that will be held in Montreal, just a few days after the seminars in New York. Specifically, the seminar will be on 20 January at 18 at the ITHQ institute (Institut de tourisme et d'hôtellerie du Québec), intended for a trade-type audience. In the same week, from 20 to 26 January, the last part of the Restaurant Week will also take place, which will involve four Montreal restaurants.
