Double appointment for Asiago PDO Cheese in Japan. From the 10th to the 13th of March, the Consortium for the Protection of the Asiago Cheese will be at Foodex Japan, the most important event for the agri-food sector in Asia. A big moment where to meet buyers, influencers and visitors, that can taste and discover Asiago PDO Cheese in Hall 3 Booth 17-34 within the Italian Pavilion, inside the collective promoted by Afidop (Association of Italian PDO and PGI Cheeses) together with the Consortium for the Protection of Gorgonzola Cheese, Mozzarella di Bufala and Pecorino Toscano.
During the event, a rich calendar of seminars and
tastings will enhance the uniqueness of Italian dairy products. Following, Saturday 14th of March, the Consortium for the protection of Asiago Cheese organizes a meeting with fourty among the most
well-known and influential journalists and food bloggers, to explain the different uses in the kitchen and
possible combinations with the Japanese cuisine.
