29 September Adele Forgione, from the Beatrice Restaurant in Montreal (Canada), invites you to the webinar “Souper Gourmand Italien Chez Soi”, the digital
cooking lesson dedicated to a journey into the gastronomic excellences of
Veneto and Friuli. Chef Adele Forgione will demonstrate how to use and enhance
the flavours of Asiago DOP and how to pair it with Prosecco DOP. During the
event that aims to promote the Made in Italy abroad, participants will discover
the great history and the unique tradition behind Asiago PDO.
