Excellence Tour in Austria and Hungary

The itinerant event, EXCELLENCE TOUR, promoted by the Consortium for the Protection of Asiago Cheese in collaboration with the Consortia for Gorgonzola and Parmigiano Reggiano to valorize these three excellent Italian cheeses within the European “Cheese it’s Europe” project, will welcome the press and operators at 6 p.m. in Vienna on 11 June at the Julian Kutos Kochschule (Wipplingerstraße 15/5). The protagonist of the evening is "the taste of Dolce Vita" of the three typical Italian products, which will highlight their specific characteristics, differences and qualities in unusual combinations with great classics of Austrian cuisine, proposed by chef Julian Kutos. Another event will be held in the splendid garden of the Czakó Kert restaurant (Czakó u. 15) in Budapest at 3 p.m. on 12 June: an afternoon with the three ambassadors of quality recognized and protected by the European Union, to take cheese lovers on a journey through curious facts, pairings and organoleptic properties.
