Recognizing excellences and discovering the value of authentic food, all this and more is the focus of two meetings reserved for professional operators organized in Houston and Los Angeles by the three-year project “Uncommon Flavors of Europe” of the Consortium for the Protection of Asiago Cheese, with Speck Alto Adige PGI and Pecorino Romano PDO. On 24th and 25th February in Houston, in collaboration with Italy America Chamber of Commerce of Texas, TASTE OF ITALY invites you to find out the best pairings between the great Texas BBQ tradition and Italian cheese. On 27th and 28th February in Los Angeles, in collaboration with Italy-America Chamber of Commerce West, at SAVOR ITALY, the most important event of the year dedicated to Italian food, Asiago PDO will accompany the discovery of its age-old tradition and unmistakable flavor.
