Let's meet up at the Croatian Food & Wine Festival

The chef Renato Rizzardi, from Locanda di Piero in Vicenza, already a Michelin star, will be the standard bearer for ASIAGO PDO at the Croatian Food & Wine Festival, taking place in Zagreb from April 3rd to 5th. This festival dedicated to food and wine offers a programme filled with events, tastings and encounters with excellent Italian products, with ASIAGO PDO present in excellent shape: ready to be tasted in the mouth-watering recipe of Agnolotti with pressed Asiago cheese fondue with thin slices of seasoned Asiago d'Allevo, candied cherry tomatoes and white asparagus PDO from Bassano del Grappa, presented in the cooking show to be held on Saturday 5th April.
