Discover the real taste of Asiago PDO cheese on Monday, October the 7th at 10:30 am at The Chef’s House. Mrs. Gaia Massai, well known lecturer and Italian food specialist will present the distinguishing features of Asiago and Pecorino Romano PDO cheeses, and Speck Altro Adige PGI.
The presentation will be followed by a cocktail lunch prepared by the students from the Culinary Art Programs of George Brown College, who will highlight these three exceptional products.
