Morel mushrooms with crusty bread and Asiago Fresh PDO
100 g Asiago Fresh PDO
200 g morel mushrooms
100 g loaf of bread
Extra virgin olive oil,salt to taste
Wash the mushrooms thoroughly. Drain well and sautè in a frying pan. Drain off the excess water and return them to the frying pan with the extra virgin olive oiland salt. Arrange them on top of hot toasted bread cut into cubes on a plate and lastly add some very thinly sliced Asiago Fresh Pdo.
